4. PERSONAL DATA OF CHILD UNDER 15

The "MAGNA AVIATION" company understands the importance of protecting the personal data of children under 15. Our data centers where your personal data is stored are on servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically the UK.
For transferring your personal data to the UK, Magna Aviation has considered the European Commission's decision (2021/2594(RSP)), which states that the UK provides an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred under the GDPR from the European union to the UK.

8. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE TO PROTECT YOUR DATA

You have the following rights:

9. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

We acknowledge the significance of your rights and are committed to providing a timely and comprehensive response. Should it be necessary, this deadline may be extended by sixty (60) days at the sole discretion of "MAGNA AVIATION," considering the complexity of the request and the volume of inquiries received. In any case of an extension, "MAGNA AVIATION" will communicate this within thirty (30) days of receiving the request.
"MAGNA AVIATION" will commit to responding to your request within thirty (30) days of its receipt. This deadline may be extended for an additional sixty (60) days if deemed necessary at the sole discretion of "MAGNA AVIATION," considering the complexity of the request and the volume of requests. "MAGNA AVIATION" will notify you of any deadline extension within thirty (30) days of receiving the request.
The service mentioned above is offered by «MAGNA AVIATION» at no cost. However, should your requests be deemed manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, "MAGNA AVIATION" reserves the right to impose a reasonable fee, of which you will be duly informed, or to decline to respond to your request(s).
